Ingredients
- 1 cup of BBQ pulled beef
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of sliced pickles
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread in the skillet.
- Divide the BBQ pulled beef evenly between the two slices of bread in the skillet.
- Add the sliced pickles on top of the BBQ pulled beef.
- Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the pickles, buttered side up.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
