  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sliced pickles

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place 2 slices of bread, buttered side down, in the skillet.
  • Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each slice of bread in the skillet.
  • Divide the BBQ pulled beef evenly between the two slices of bread in the skillet.
  • Add the sliced pickles on top of the BBQ pulled beef.
  • Place the remaining slices of bread on top of the pickles, buttered side up.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing in half.
  • Serve and enjoy!
