Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the grill is hot, remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), basting with BBQ sauce during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the BBQ grilled chicken with your favorite sides and enjoy!
