Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed

- 8 small corn tortillas

- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the drained and rinsed chickpeas with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Heat 1 tsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the BBQ chickpeas, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chickpeas are heated through and slightly crispy.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or in the oven until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the BBQ chickpeas among the tortillas. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, and sliced avocado.
