Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, ensuring the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Lay out the flour tortillas and divide the BBQ chicken mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the chicken with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced red onion, dividing the ingredients equally among the tortillas.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing over the filling on each tortilla.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to create the wraps.
  • If desired, heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with cooking spray. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the skillet and let cool for a few minutes before slicing each wrap in half diagonally.
