- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tbsp adobo sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, sliced
- 4 lettuce leaves
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup BBQ sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place the patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
