Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
  • In the same skillet, add the olive oil and sauté the sliced onions until caramelized. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Form the ground beef into 12 small patties and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the beef patties in the skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  • As the patties cook, brush each one with BBQ sauce.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place them on a baking sheet. Toast them in the preheated oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Assemble the sliders by placing a beef patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a slice of bacon and caramelized onions.
  • Place the top half of the bun on each slider and secure with a toothpick.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
