Ingredients
- 1 block (14 oz) of firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions, for garnish
- 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Place the tofu cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with the cornstarch, tossing to coat evenly.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the coated tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.
- Transfer the crispy tofu to a serving dish and drizzle with the prepared bang bang sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
