Instructions

  • Place the tofu cubes in a large bowl and sprinkle with the cornstarch, tossing to coat evenly.
  • In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the coated tofu cubes and cook until golden and crispy on all sides, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey until well combined.
