- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, plus extra for drizzling

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oat flour, chopped walnuts, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil to the skillet as needed.
