Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, protein powder, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil or butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of the pancake batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more coconut oil or butter to the skillet as needed.
