Ingredients
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 2 cups of water
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 2 ripe mashed bananas, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the oats. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of milk.
- Divide the oatmeal into two bowls and sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
