  • In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
  • Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add 2 ripe mashed bananas, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to the oats. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in 1/4 cup of milk.
  • Divide the oatmeal into two bowls and sprinkle each with 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips.
