Ingredients
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 lamb chops
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- Place the lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the balsamic marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight, turning occasionally to ensure even marination.
- Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
- Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the lamb chops for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.
- Remove from the grill and let the lamb chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
