  • In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1/4 cup of honey, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 1 teaspoon of dried thyme to make the glaze.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
