Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
