Ingredients
- 4 whole trout, cleaned and gutted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the trout on a large baking sheet and drizzle with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the minced garlic over the trout.
- Place a few slices of lemon inside the cavity of each trout, and lay a few slices on top of each fish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
