Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Place the trout on a large baking sheet and drizzle with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle the minced garlic over the trout.
  • Place a few slices of lemon inside the cavity of each trout, and lay a few slices on top of each fish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
