Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle the salmon fillets with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika.
- Place a slice of lemon on top of each salmon fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
