Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with cooking spray.
  • In a shallow dish, mix together 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another shallow dish, place the flour. In a third shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  • Dredge each chicken tender in the flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Spray the top of the chicken tenders with cooking spray to help them brown in the oven.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
