- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
