Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup of honey, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the honey glaze over the fillets, making sure they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While the salmon is baking, baste the fillets with the honey glaze from the bottom of the dish a few times during the cooking process.
- Once the salmon is done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
