Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, 2 cloves of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill.
