Ingredients
- 4 halibut fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, and 2 cloves minced garlic.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and pepper, then place them on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush the top of each fillet with melted butter, then press the Parmesan herb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- In another bowl, combine 1/2 cup breadcrumbs with any remaining Parmesan herb mixture, then sprinkle the breadcrumb topping over the Parmesan crust on each fillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the halibut is cooked through and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the baked halibut with lemon wedges and enjoy!
