Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a shallow dish, combine 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Brush 4 cod fillets with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, then coat them in the parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere. Place the coated fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
