Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 1 teaspoon of dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, rubbing it in to coat both sides.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F (75 degrees C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
