Instructions

  • Spread the squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
  • Drizzle 2 tablespoons of maple syrup over the squash and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh sage leaves.
  • Return to the oven and continue roasting for an additional 15 minutes, or until the squash is tender and caramelized.
