  • While the eggs are poaching, place the toasted bagel halves on a plate. Divide the smoked salmon and sliced avocado evenly among the bagel halves.
  • Using a slotted spoon, carefully remove the poached eggs from the water and drain on a paper towel. Place one poached egg on top of each bagel half.
