Ingredients
- 2 bagels, sliced and toasted
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a gentle simmer and add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar.
