- 2 bagels, sliced
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel to drain.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
