Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
  • Slice the croissants in half and place them on a baking sheet. Place 2 slices of bacon on the bottom half of each croissant, followed by a portion of the scrambled eggs, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Place the top half of the croissant on top.
  • Brush the tops of the croissants with the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the croissants are heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
