  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
