Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Place the cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the top. Return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with garlic powder and a pinch of salt.
- Serve the loaded fries hot, topped with the chopped green onions and a dollop of the seasoned sour cream.
