Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Unroll one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish. Press the crust into the bottom and up the sides of the dish.
  • Sprinkle the cooked and crumbled bacon evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together 6 eggs, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the egg mixture.
  • Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the bacon in the pie crust.
  • Unroll the second pie crust and place it over the filling. Trim and crimp the edges to seal the pie.
  • Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape during baking.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
  • Allow the pie to cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
