  • Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the cooked and crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Stuff each chicken breast with the bacon and cheddar mixture, dividing it evenly among the 4 breasts. Use toothpicks to secure the openings if necessary.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the stuffed chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the toothpicks and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
