  • In a medium bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs, 1/4 cup of milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the bacon grease. Cook over medium heat, stirring gently with a spatula, until the eggs begin to set but are still slightly runny, about 2-3 minutes.
