Ingredients
- 8 ounces of Back to Nature Macaroni
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the Back to Nature Macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Gradually whisk in 1 1/2 cups of milk and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and bubbles.
- Reduce the heat to low and stir in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, and stir to combine.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir until well coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
