Instructions

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set aside.
  • Brush the pretzel buns with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and paprika. Place the buns on the grill and toast for 1-2 minutes. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  • Place the beef patties on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
