Instructions

  • Place the bread slices on a clean surface. Divide the avocado slices and place them on two of the bread slices.
  • Layer the turkey slices on top of the avocado, then add the cheddar cheese slices. Top with the remaining bread slices to form two sandwiches.
  • In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Add the remaining butter to the skillet if needed before flipping the sandwiches to cook the other side.
