Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Using a sharp knife, cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  • Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Place 3-4 asparagus spears and 1 slice of Swiss cheese inside each chicken breast pocket.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the outside of each chicken breast with the garlic oil mixture.
  • Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and drizzle any remaining garlic oil over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
