Instructions

  • Using a round cookie cutter or a glass, cut the crusts off the bread slices to create 8 circles.
  • Place 4 of the bread circles on a clean surface and spread 2 tablespoons of strawberry jam on each circle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Place the remaining 4 bread circles on top of the jam-covered circles to create 4 sandwiches.
  • Using a fork, press down the edges of each sandwich to seal them.
  • Brush both sides of each sandwich with melted butter.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the sandwiches in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not touching.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the sandwiches and air fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
