Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of flour, 1/2 cup of water, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, coating it evenly, and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook the cauliflower in the air fryer for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of buffalo sauce with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- After the cauliflower has cooked for 10 minutes, remove the basket from the air fryer and brush the buffalo sauce mixture onto each cauliflower floret.
- Return the basket to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy and golden brown.
