Ingredients
- 8 oz 365 Everyday Value Macaroni
- 2 tbsp 365 Everyday Value Unsalted Butter
- 2 tbsp 365 Everyday Value All-Purpose Flour
- 1 1/2 cups 365 Everyday Value Whole Milk
- 2 cups 365 Everyday Value Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the 365 Everyday Value Macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt 2 tbsp of 365 Everyday Value Unsalted Butter over medium heat.
- Stir in 2 tbsp of 365 Everyday Value All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes to make a roux.
- Gradually whisk in 1 1/2 cups of 365 Everyday Value Whole Milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in 2 cups of 365 Everyday Value Shredded Cheddar Cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
