Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together 8 oz of softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon until smooth.
- Lay out the 6 flour tortillas and divide the cream cheese mixture evenly among them, spreading it over one half of each tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides, to form a tight wrap.
- In a shallow dish, mix together 1/4 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
- Dip each tortilla wrap in the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture until coated.
- Place the coated tortilla wraps on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake the frozen tortilla wraps for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired. Enjoy!
