- 4 venison steaks (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Season the venison steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Brush the olive oil mixture onto both sides of the steaks.
