- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup of flour, 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
- In a separate large bowl, mix 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until well combined.
- Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time, then stir in 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs, but is not wet.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
