Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1 pound of ground turkey, 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup of finely chopped green bell pepper, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the turkey mixture to a greased loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf shape.
- In a separate bowl, toss the grated sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil until evenly coated.
