Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine 1.5 pounds of ground turkey, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper, 1 beaten egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
