Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine 1.5 pounds of ground turkey, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper, 1 beaten egg, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  • Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
