Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices of turkey breast
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Divide the shredded lettuce evenly among the tortillas, spreading it in a line down the center of each tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of turkey breast on top of the lettuce on each tortilla.
- Add 2 slices of cooked bacon on top of the turkey on each tortilla.
- Place 2-3 slices of tomato on top of the bacon on each tortilla.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll up tightly from the bottom, creating a wrap.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
