Ingredients
- 3 slices of whole grain bread
- 3 slices of cooked turkey breast
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
- On one slice of bread, layer the turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
- Spread Dijon mustard on one side of the second bread slice and place it on top of the avocado.
- Place the third slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down, to complete the sandwich.
- Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and secure each half with toothpicks.
- Serve and enjoy!
