Instructions

  • Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
  • Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  • On one slice of bread, layer the turkey, bacon, tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
  • Spread Dijon mustard on one side of the second bread slice and place it on top of the avocado.
  • Place the third slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down, to complete the sandwich.
  • Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and secure each half with toothpicks.
