Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine 1 lb ground turkey, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup grated onion, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined, but be careful not to overwork the meat.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
