Chefs and home cooks alike have embraced this leaner option, infusing it with a variety of flavors and ingredients. Restaurants across the United States, particularly in California and New York, have popularized the turkey burger, offering unique spins on the classic dish. The best versions of this dish can be found in trendy burger joints and health-conscious eateries.
