Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain bread
- 3 oz of sliced turkey breast
- 1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of sprouts
- 2 tbsp of sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Toast the slices of whole grain bread until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp of mayonnaise and 1 tsp of Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mayonnaise and mustard mixture on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread.
- Top the turkey with the sliced avocado, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the sprouts and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the avocado.
- Place the second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
- Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
