  • Layer the sliced turkey breast on one slice of bread.
  • Top the turkey with the sliced avocado, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Add the sprouts and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the avocado.
  • Place the second slice of bread on top to form a sandwich.
  • Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
