Turkey and Swiss Sandwich

Ingredients
- 3 slices of roasted turkey breast
- 2 slices of Swiss cheese
- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- 1 leaf of lettuce
- 2 slices of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one slice of whole wheat bread.
- Place 3 slices of roasted turkey breast on top of the mayonnaise.
- Add 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the turkey.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard on the second slice of whole wheat bread and place it on top of the cheese.
- Layer 1 leaf of lettuce and 2 slices of tomato on top of the second slice of bread.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve.
