Instructions

  • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion among the tortillas, placing the ingredients in the center of each tortilla.
  • Place 2 slices of deli turkey on top of the vegetables on each tortilla.
  • Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly, starting from the bottom.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
