Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices of deli turkey
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Divide the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion among the tortillas, placing the ingredients in the center of each tortilla.
- Place 2 slices of deli turkey on top of the vegetables on each tortilla.
- Add the sliced avocado on top of the turkey.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and then roll them up tightly, starting from the bottom.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
