  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups of shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup diced celery, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay out the 4 large flour tortillas and divide the tuna salad mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the tuna salad with 2 cups of shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato.
  • Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
  • Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for later.
