Tuna Salad Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups of shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup diced red onion, 1/4 cup diced celery, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the 4 large flour tortillas and divide the tuna salad mixture evenly among them, spreading it out in the center of each tortilla.
- Top the tuna salad with 2 cups of shredded lettuce and thinly sliced tomato.
- Fold the sides of the tortillas over the filling, then roll them up tightly to create wraps.
- Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately, or wrap them in foil for later.
