  • In a large bowl, combine 2 cans of drained tuna, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Form the tuna mixture into 4 patties.
  • Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
  • Cook the tuna patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
